Steadfast Worship Band
The Band started out as some teens encouraged to learn an instrument and
enjoy playing it for the Lord. These teens took playing for the Lord
seriously, and God blessed their developing talent. In the first few months
they were encouraged to play worship music before the church. The people had
so much Grace and Love for these guys. They soon became a second worship
team of the church.
In the first year they were given many opportunities to
minister to other youth groups, churches and even some special events. They
also began writing some of their own music and by the end of the 05 summer, cut
their first Demo CD.
After the first year or so, they took on the ministry
of the coffee house. Even with one of their key band members off to college
(studying worship leading), the band continues on doing what they do best;
playing music for the Lord.
